ALANYA RED TOWER

The Damlatas Cave is close to Cleopatra Beach, making it an easy stop while touring the region. These healing caves were discovered when the harbor was being constructed. German forces thought the Dalmatas Cave to be the perfect hiding place during World War II. They later stated that breathing in the cave’s air had resolved their respiratory problems. THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM IN ALANYA
Since it opened in 1967, the Alanya Archaeological Museum has housed significant items from the Anatolian Civilizations Museum. Later, indigenous relics discovered nearby were added to the collection.

THE SHIPYARD OF ALANYA
As previously mentioned, the Seljuk era saw the construction of the Alanya shipyard. The Red Tower and this shipyard are near each other. To ensure that it would be durable over the years, it is constructed from five parts: arches, vaults, and foundations that are erected in stages.
