ALANYA RED TOWER

ALANYA TELEFERIK

DAMLATAS CAVE
The Damlatas Cave is close to Cleopatra Beach, making it an easy stop while touring the region. These healing caves were discovered when the harbor was being constructed. German forces thought the Dalmatas Cave to be the perfect hiding place during World War II. They later stated that breathing in the cave’s air had resolved their respiratory problems. You may visit the Damlatas Cave in no more than 30 minutes because it is not very large. There are chairs inside the cave where you can relax and take in the scenery. WEBSITE
THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM IN ALANYA
Since it opened in 1967, the Alanya Archaeological Museum has housed significant items from the Anatolian Civilizations Museum. Later, indigenous relics discovered nearby were added to the collection.

ALANYA HARBOR
Views of the crystal-clear water are lovely from Alanya Harbor, and day cruises on the water are a possibility. From the harbor, numerous tours and ships depart, mainly between May and October, providing views of the region’s varied caverns. On a sunset cruise, you can sail lazily around the port.
THE SHIPYARD OF ALANYA
As previously mentioned, the Seljuk era saw the construction of the Alanya shipyard. The Red Tower and this shipyard are near each other. To ensure that it would be durable over the years, it is constructed from five parts: arches, vaults, and foundations that are erected in stages.
